In Store Purchases & Returns:

In store items that are off the shelf items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Item must include original packaging, wooden jewelry box, tags or warranty card. Any Jewelry that shows any signs of wear does not qualify for an exchange or return. 

I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom Made Jewelry
  • Personalized fine jewelry 
  • Jewelry Altered to fit such as ink adjustments, link removals 
  • Items marked Final Sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Information 

Irelia Fine Jewelry will ships only in the USA via the US Postal Service and UPS. Our items are in Stock, order is processed within 3-5 days. Custom Jewelry Orders may take 7 - 14 days. 

You will be emailed if there has been any changes to your shipping time frame.

Once the order has shipped, Irelia Fine Jewelry will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
