Irelia Fine Jewelry Conflict -Free Diamonds and Gemstones 

All Irelia Fine Jewelry diamonds are Certified GIA , and sourced from reputable US and Canadian vendors who pledge to only supply diamonds traded in accordance with the Kimberley Process. The Kimberley Process is a strict certification system supported by the United Nations ensuring conflict-free diamond trading. Diamonds will come with a grading certificate report from GIA, Gemological institute of America.  

How do I place a custom design order? 

Step 1 : Meet with our Designer and Jeweler or email us at irelia@ireliafinejewelry. Once you have selected a design idea or have selected a diamond for your engagement ring, we will put together a price quote.

Step 2 : We request $180 deposit for Design and 3d Resin Model Sample. Once both design and 3d Resin are approved, your $180 is deducted from your total quote.  

Step 3 : A 50% nonrefundable deposit of total is made to begin all custom design jewelry. Our estimated turnaround time is 7 to 14 days. Balance is paid at time of pick up. All custom-made jewelry is final sale. 

What is your Turn around time for Design ? 7 to 14 days 

What is your turn around time for Approved Custom Made Jewelry? We complete our custom-made jewelry in 7-14 days of Design and 3D Resin Approval. We can also work at your pace. 

What is our Irelia Fine Jewelry Exclusive Warranty? All Custom Design Jewelry with Diamond center purchase by Irelia Fine Jewelry, will receive our warranty service that includes the following repair services: cleaning & polishing, inspection of stone setting, rhodium plating, ring sizing, and re-tipping of prongs.

Terms and Conditions for Irelia Fine Jewelry Exclusive Warranty?​ In order to maintain your warranty, the jewelry must be brought in for a complimentary cleaning and inspection of stone setting once a year. Our Irelia Fine Jewelry Warranty, however, will be voided if the jewelry is not properly serviced by our in-house jewelry professional. Any adjustment or alterations done by someone other than a Irelia Fine Jewelry professional jeweler will void our warranty.

 *A courtesy reminder will be sent via email to remind you when it is time for the jewelry to be brought in for service.

If you are out of state and would like to have your custom jewelry serviced, please email your first & last name, and tracking information to irelia@ireliafinejewelry.com. Do you appraise jewelry? Yes, completed by our trusted third-party GIA Appraiser.

Do you offer jewelry repairs? Yes, we repair and restore all types of jewelry.  Bring your jewelry into our store, our jeweler will give you a quote for service along with the estimated repair time.

Do you have a warranty for the stones on custom made Jewelry?

We offer a onetime courtesy within the first month for 1 diamond, measuring 1.00 mm and smaller. Price quotes will be given on visit for all replacement Diamonds and other gemstones. 

I would like my custom order shipped. In order to protect your jewelry, all orders are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS Registered Insured Mail with restricted delivery. For security purposes, the credit card holder must show photo ID to take delivery of the package. Tracking numbers are provided via email after your order is shipped out. Shipping and handling cost depend on time frame and location shipped. 

What is your refund policy in Store and Online?  All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with a copy of the original receipt. The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, which could include boxes, tags, and warranty card or instructions booklets. 

What is your refund policy when shopping our online sites?   We accept returns or exchanges on any purchases made within 10 days of purchase date. There is a restocking fee of 10-15% on some items. Each Item may vary. Refund Policy can bee seen at the end of each listed item. You may contact us if you have any questions on your online order by emailing us at irelia@ireliafinejewelry.com 

What is your refund policy on sterling & gold jewelry purchased in store?   We accept returns or exchanges on any purchases made within 30 days of purchase date. 

Items that are Personalized & Custom Made to Order are nonrefundable. 

Do you offer engraving services? We do offer engraving Services, Price for engraving does vary depending on letters requested and item engraved. All personalized engraving, engraved items rings, and gift products, are made to order and are final sale. Starting Price $58, estimated turnaround time 4-8 days. 

 What is our e-mail privacy? WE DO NOT SHARE, sell or trade your personal or financial information with 3rd Parties.  It is solely managed by the administrators of the Irelia Fine Jewelry. Your privacy is very important to us.
