To maintain our warranty, you must bring your jewelry in every 8-12 months for a complimentary cleaning and inspection done by our in-house jeweler.

Our Irelia Fine Jewelry warranty will be voided if the jewelry in not properly serviced after 2 consecutive years. Any adjustments or alternations of the jewelry by someone other than Irelia Fine Jewelry will void our warranty service.
